Restocked our white sage bundles today. 💚

We only carry white sage that we grow, harvest & wrap ourselves, leaving the wild for whom it belongs to. This sacred smoke medicine is grown with love and respect holding all those who walked before in the highest regards. Thank you for showing us the tools to help us grow . 💚 A few of these bundles are wrapped with my garden lavender and rosemary which are both smoke medicine for many of our European ancestors, tying together lessons and beauty from different cultures in one bundle creating bridges through our burns.

Hello friends and family of Roots. I just wanted to let everyone know I have stepped away from the shop for a bit to help with my parent in their end of life journey. I am blessed to have folks covering to keep the shop open for you all. It might not be as stocked or we might not be able to get you that special order right now but please now my staff is doing their best to sustain the flow while I am gone. Grateful for baskets of bounty. Gathering before the rain today. The beautiful white sage featured here is from my garden and is what we sell at the shop and the sunburst of calendula seen here will be used to make a single herbal oil ready for the apothecary mid April. I try and balance my love for medicine making with my busy shop life so I am always happy when I get to blend the two. Harvested with gratitude and prayers.

Hello lovely Roots folks. 🌿✨Mendocino county has lifted their indoor mask mandate 👏🏾! With that being said we are making masks optional inside the apothecary. Please let us know when you come in if you feel more comfortable with us wearing a mask while helping you but in general we are super excited to see your smiles again! We would ask if you are feeling cold symptoms to please send someone else to get your needs or put the mask on while you shop. We all can use our common sense to navigate what feels right for everyone. We lead with compassion and empathy to all beings ! Let love rule 💞
